These aren't paid listings. Every business here was personally audited — on how they treat their customers, their employees, and the clock. If they're on this list, they passed.

Approval isn't a membership. It's a judgment call — made after actually spending time with the business. We look at four things: how they structure their time, how they treat their employees, how the customer experience feels, and whether humans are still in the loop. There's no algorithm. There's no fee. You either pass or you don't.

  • Customer experience — does a person leave feeling like a person or a transaction
